#9 Unclaimed $UPTICK Airdrop will be managed for future community incentives & marketing activities

In mid-April, the official team conducted a series of $UPTICK airdrop for past community contributors. Some of these airdrop were divided into 10 phases for distribution. During the execution process, we noticed that some users did not claim their airdrops within the designated time window, and we received some suggestions regarding this issue. This proposal aims to transfer the unclaimed portion to a designated community account for management, and to utilize them for future community benefits and engaging marketing activities per community approval.
