#7 Make Uptick Network the Sponsor of the Game of NFTs Phase 2 Hackathon

We propose a community spending proposal to partially fund the prizes for the Uptick challenge, which is part of the upcoming Game of NFTs Phase 2 Hackathon. The total amount needed is 500k UPTICK, with 100k UPTICK coming from the community pool and 400k UPTICK from community donations (validators, delegators, other holders). The prizes will be awarded to the winners of the Uptick challenge, and will serve as an incentive for developers to create innovative and impactful solutions on the Uptick Network.
